The goal of his journey is to help youth understand depression as a diagnosable illness, and ways they can help their friends who may be exhibiting signs of depression.

Ivo wants to eliminate the taboo that exists around youth depression and suicide and get people openly talking about the problem.

Road to Happiness represents one of the most difficult yet rewarding journeys of Ivo’s life.
